Mix Brewery is dedicated to creating authentic, handcrafted beers rooted in British, Belgian and German tradition. Our passion for quality and flavor shapes every brew, honoring heritage while delivering exceptional taste to every glass. Owner/brewer, Mick Harrison, has been brewing for nearly 40 years. Following a re-location from Hertfordshire to the New Forest in Hampshire we continue to produce a range of exciting and tasty beer styles. Our brewery is very small but this allows us to brew the wide range of beers we offer. Custom one-offs brews can also be commisioned. We supply our beers in our local catchment area to selected craft bars and free-houses.
