West Brewery

WEST Brewery is an independent brewery founded in 2006 by Bavarian-born Petra Wetzel, located in the iconic Templeton Building on Glasgow Green. They pride themselves on being the only UK brewery to produce all their artisan lagers and ales in strict accordance with the German Purity Law of 1516 (only water, malt, hops and yeast) and summarise their ethos as “Glaswegian heart, German head.”
