Dookit Brewing

Glasgow

Dookit Brewing Co., established in 2020, is a Glasgow-based microbrewery dedicated to crafting high-quality, low-intervention beers using locally sourced and occasionally foraged ingredients. Their offerings are unfined, unfiltered, and conditioned in pack, ensuring vegan-friendly options, except for their occasional oyster stout. Collaborating with a family-owned, carbon-neutral hop farm in Kent and sourcing malt from Alloa, they emphasize sustainability and locality. Each beer features unique artwork commissioned from local artists, illustrators, or designers, reflecting their commitment to Glasgow's creative community.

Drygate Brewing Co

Glasgow

Drygate Brewing Co. is a craft brewery in Glasgow’s East End that launched in 2014. It’s housed in a converted 1960s box-factory building whose industrial character has been retained (including the iconic sawtooth “seven peaks” roof). The site features a main bespoke brewhouse alongside a 250 L “Studio Kit” for experimental brewing, and the business embraces open-door brewing, community collaboration with artists, food & drink, and a venue atmosphere that goes beyond just beer.

Epochal Barrel-Fermented Ales

Glasgow

Epochal brewery makes beer with a sense of place. Whether through use of local barley, unique house microflora, our special Scottish water, the impact of climate on the aging process or inspiration drawn from local brewing traditions, Epochal beer is particular to Scotland and to the brewery itself. All of Epochal’s beer is fermented with our house Saccharomyces culture in open fermenters before a long, slow fermentation in wood with our house Brettanomyces strains. This process creates inimitable, complex, delicious flavours which were once common in Scottish beer. While Scottish brewing history provides us with much inspiration, we are just as inspired by modern craft beer, contemporary brewing science and our creative curiosity as by the beers of the past. Our beer is modern and our own, but with roots in Scotland’s brewing heritage.

Loch Lomond Brewery

Dumbarton

Loch Lomond Brewery started life in our kitchen in Luss on the shores of Loch Lomond. A desire to brew beer and create a family business that would allow the whole family to get involved we started in 2011 in Alexandria. Having brewed a number of award winning beers including CAMRA Champion Beer of Scotland in 2017 and SIBA Supreme Cask Champion of the UK in 2016, we rebranded in 2018 and moved to now improved premises late in 2019. Now brewing from a state of the art 35hl brewery in 12,000 sq feet of space near Dumbarton and canning in-house we have an ever evolving beer range where there is certainly something for everyone.

Outlandish Brewing Company

Coatbridge

Outlandish Brewing Company is a Scottish microbrewery founded in Lanarkshire by brothers Ronnie and Kenny Lees in 2018, built out of a repurposed cow shed north of Glasgow. They launched mid‑pandemic in late 2020 and quickly developed a small core range of vegan‑friendly, bottle‑conditioned ales—Beamer (amber ale), Belter (hazy IPA), Sonsie (traditional IPA) and Swally (session pale)—all named with playful nods to Scots dialect and crafted entirely on-site with sustainable grain‑to‑glass practices (by‑product mash is fed to local livestock). Outlandish beers are available online or via local retailers in central Scotland, and the brand embraces offbeat humour (with a unicorn mascot “Archie”) as part of its identity and community ethos.
