Campervan Brewery

Founded in 2017 in Leith, Edinburgh, Campervan Brewery began with Paul Gibson's passion for brewing, inspired by his love for beer and classic VW campervans. The brewery offers a diverse range of beers, including the flagship Leith Juice and Scotland's first gluten-free nitro porter, Extra Black. In 2024, Campervan expanded its operations, increasing fermentation capacity by 50% with state-of-the-art equipment, and reopened a renovated, family-friendly taproom featuring a large projector for sports and movies. The brewery's commitment to quality and innovation has solidified its reputation in Scotland's craft beer scene.

Cold Town Beer, based in Edinburgh, Scotland, draws its name from Calton Hill's original moniker, "Caltoun," meaning "Cold Town." Cross Borders Brewing Co., established in 2016 and based in Midlothian, Scotland, crafts a variety of beers inspired by their founders' longstanding friendship and youthful spirit. Their core range includes brews like Modern 80/- and India Pale Ale, complemented by seasonal specials. Days Brewing is a UK-based, B Corp certified company founded in 2020 by Mike Gammell and Duncan Keith, specializing in 0.0% ABV, vegan, and low-calorie alcohol-free beers. The brand, which is among the fastest-growing in the UK no/low-alcohol sector, focuses on creating premium lagers and pale ales that mimic the taste of alcoholic beer without the hangover.
Innis & Gunn

Innis & Gunn is a Scottish craft brewery founded in Edinburgh in 2003 by master brewer Dougal Gunn Sharp, renowned for pioneering oak barrel-aged beer—especially its flagship “The Original,” aged in bourbon casks for 77 days—and later expanding into lagers and IPAs. Based in Perth’s 20,000 hl innovation brewery, it also contract-brews in Glasgow and has plans for a new large-scale brewery in Edinburgh. Exporting to over 35 countries and selling millions of cases annually, Innis & Gunn’s lager has recently earned top honours—“Scotland’s Best Beer” Gold at the 2024 World Beer Awards, solidifying its position as one of the UK’s leading craft beer brands.
Jump Ship Brewing

Jump Ship Brewing, established in 2019 by Sonja Mitchell in Scotland, specializes in crafting award-winning, alcohol-free beers that are also gluten-free and vegan-friendly. In early 2024, the brewery expanded by opening a purpose-built 20-hectolitre facility in Midlothian, powered entirely by renewable energy, allowing them to quadruple production to meet growing demand. Their diverse range includes Yardarm lager, Flying Colours pale ale, Jackstaff IPA, and Stoker's stout. Committed to social responsibility, Jump Ship donates at least 10% of its profits to various charities nominated by their customers.
