Spring Sours & Seasonal Cheese with Bullhouse x Indie Füde

Shake off the winter cobwebs and dive into brighter, zippier flavours as Indie Füde teams up with Shannon from Bullhouse for a night dedicated to sour beer and the cheeses that love them.

We’ll be pouring a hand-picked selection of 5 of Bullhouse East’s finest sours. Fruity, funky, refreshingly tart brews that scream springtime and pairing them with a line-up of 5 seasonal cheeses from Indie Füde, from young, fresh wheels bursting with new-season character to bold, tangy favourites that stand up beautifully to acidity and fizz.

Shannon will guide you through the brewing magic behind Bullhouse East's selection of sours, sharing stories, tasting notes, while Indie Fude will guide you through our choice of exceptional irish cheeses. Expect good chat, great pairings, and a relaxed evening full of bright flavours and early-year optimism.

A refreshing way to welcome the season, one sip and one bite at a time.
