Moor Beer Co. is a Bristol‑based independent brewery, reborn in 2007 when Californian brewer Justin Hawke revived the original Somerset brewery and transformed it into one of the world’s top‑rated producers of naturally conditioned, vegan‑friendly beer. Their philosophy centres on live beer, unfined, unfiltered, unpasteurised, and naturally carbonated with live yeast for maximum flavour, aroma, and mouthfeel.
