Established in 2015 by husband and wife team Noel and Maria, New Bristol Brewery is an independent craft brewery located in the heart of Bristol City Centre. The brewery is renowned for its innovative approach, crafting a diverse range of beers including Pales, IPAs, Sours, Stouts, and Lagers, all brewed with a commitment to quality and creativity. Their on-site taproom features 22 lines of their freshest beers, complemented by an inviting atmosphere that includes an outdoor seating area and a dog-friendly policy. Embracing community engagement, New Bristol Brewery collaborates with local businesses and charities, exemplified by their partnership with Oowee to create the 'Delicious Drop' Bristol Lager, with a portion of proceeds supporting local initiatives. The brewery's branding features Alfred the Gorilla in a spacesuit, symbolizing their ethos of pushing boundaries and exploring new frontiers in brewing.
