Saltaire Brewery

106 Dockfield Road, Shipley

Saltaire Brewery is a Yorkshire-based independent craft brewery founded in Shipley beside the Leeds and Liverpool Canal in 2006, brewing everything on-site inside a converted Victorian power station adjacent to the historic village of Saltaire. Known for beers like Saltaire Blonde (a creamy continental ale), Cascade Pale Ale (grapefruit-hopped), and the award-winning Triple Choc stout, they offer a versatile range across cask, keg, bottle, and can formats, including session IPA Velocity and hop-led Polarity and Full Tilt. Since being acquired by Paramount Retail Group, Saltaire has embarked on national expansion, updating its brand and releasing modern 330 ml craft beers while staying true to its Yorkshire brewing ethos. A fan favourite across beer communities and praised for consistent quality and approachable bitters alongside more contemporary styles, Saltaire continues to blend heritage and innovation in the UK beer scene.
