Briggs Signature Ales brewery banner image

Briggs Signature Ales

Huddersfield

Briggs Signature Ales (BSA) was started as a side project by Mallinsons Brewer Nick Briggs in 2014. Nick wanted to create exciting, modern takes on classic styles and used his years of experience to create just that. Initially Nick used the spare capacity of Mallinsons brew kit but after 6 years of beer alchemy BSA had gathered a loyal following throughout the craft beer community and an opportunity was seized to expand BSA production and find new drinkers for the Mallinsons and BSA ranges. In 2019 Briggs Signature Ales became the official craft arm of Mallinsons Brewing Company. In that time Nick has created beer styles ranging from Mid Atlantic pale ales, heavily hopped porters an American red ale, twisted trads, a genuine Heffe Weizen and a Japanese style rice beer to name but a few. The high quality beer combined with original and exciting pump clip artwork has helped BSA find nationwide acclaim in the last 18 month and there will be much more to come. Briggs Signature Ales. Real ale for modernists.

Cold Bath Brewing

Harrogate

Cold Bath Brewing was founded in 2017, inspired by the rich history of our hometown, Harrogate. Our name comes from Cold Bath Road, a vital artery running through the town and known for the natural springs discovered in 1571. Just as those springs provide refreshment and purity, we strive to create beers that embody those qualities – fresh, exceptionally clean, and truly deserving of the name Cold Bath.
