4T's Brewery, established in 2010 in Warrington, Cheshire, is a craft brewery known for its extensive range of cask, keg, and canned beers, including the popular Hop Monster series. Operating from John’s Garage, they upgraded to a 2,000L kit in 2018 and added a canning line in 2020, focusing on producing flavor-packed ales and lagers.

Balance Brewing & Blending, founded in 2021 by James Horrocks and Will Harris in a railway arch by Manchester Piccadilly, is the city’s first and only brewery dedicated entirely to barrel‑aged, mixed‑culture beers. With a focus on wild fermentation using British‑sourced ingredients, they produce complex yet drinkable sours and saisons—like their flagship Saison des Maison—via traditional methods and months‑long barrel ageing. Their taproom, opened in mid‑2023 in a tasteful space of oak and visible barrels, offers six rotating draughts plus permanent lines, bottles to take away, and guided brewery tours, creating a welcoming community hub centred on exploration of funky, nuanced beer.
