Abbey Ales

Bath

Abbey Ales is a small, independent brewery based in Bath, Somerset, founded in 1997 by Alan Morgan — the first brewery in the city for over fifty years. They brew traditional English ales in small batches using high-quality ingredients (like Maris Otter malt from Warminster and English hops), and their flagship beer is the golden, hoppy “Bellringer” best bitter.

Frome Brewing Company

Frome

At the Frome Brewing Company Ltd we work with an extremely talented and knowledgeable team of brewers. We pride ourselves on producing the highest quality beers and we're not going to send anything out of our doors that we wouldn't want to drink ourselves. We do like to experiment - but more importantly, we're all about balancing delicate flavours to produce easy drinking beers. In other words... "it's all about the beer!" Brewing takes place up to five times a week, with malt from Warminster, hops from Charles Faram and our very own yeast. Our yeast, which is a similar strain to Youngs, is particularly versatile. Our beers are all vegan (but they're not gluten free). We have a diverse range of beers with colours, strengths and flavours to suit all palates - if you're not sure what to go for, try a mixed case and we'll send you a selection of our finest.

Somer Valley Brewing brewery banner image

Somer Valley Brewing

Bath

Somer Valley beer is brewed on Knoll Farm near Bath. It’s made with barley grown on our biodiverse farm, along with pure water from our own borehole. The barley is floor-malted the traditional way at Warminster Maltings, just a couple of miles away from the farm brewery, giving our beers a beautifully light, bright base. So virtually everything in our beer (except the hops and yeast) started life on our land. Meaning minimum beer miles and maximum provenance. Very few breweries can make that claim.

Three Daggers Brewery brewery banner image

Three Daggers Brewery

Westbury

The microbrewery team, led by Head Brewer Ricky Carr, brew several times every week. The actual brewing process involving mashing, sparging, boiling, fermenting and conditioning takes several days from start to finish. The team constantly check on each brew to ensure consistency with every batch of beer produced. They brew a core range of real ales, each with its own distinctive taste and characteristics; from their most popular Daggers Ale, 4.1%, through to the Award Winning, Daggers Black 4.5% stout. The brewing team also produces seasonal and celebration ales such as lightly spiced Winter Ale or Ethandun 878 – named after the date of the Battle of Edington which took place in May 878 AD.

Yonder brewery banner image Festival regular

Yonder

Radstock

Founded in 2018 by Jasper Tupman and Stuart Winstone; two brewing professionals with 20 years of craft beer experience, Yonder was created by a shared passion for flavour, fermentation and fun. The story began on a shoe-string when the duo invested everything they had to move in to their new home at Rookery Farm; a repurposed farm site which now hosts an array of independent businesses, a stones-throw from England's smallest city; Wells. From here they started creating innovatively flavourful brews on their second-hand brew kit.
