Somer Valley Brewing

Somer Valley beer is brewed on Knoll Farm near Bath. It’s made with barley grown on our biodiverse farm, along with pure water from our own borehole. The barley is floor-malted the traditional way at Warminster Maltings, just a couple of miles away from the farm brewery, giving our beers a beautifully light, bright base.

So virtually everything in our beer (except the hops and yeast) started life on our land. Meaning minimum beer miles and maximum provenance. Very few breweries can make that claim.
